THE PROCESS

MADE BY HAND,
MEASURED LIKE ENGINEERING

Each shell is laid up in a mould, layer by layer, until it has the thickness and rigidity the piece needs. Then it is sanded, filled and primed until the surface is free of pinholes, painted like bodywork, and fitted with a steel frame that decides how it hangs on your wall.
